PDRM: Convoy marshalls have no power to stop vehicles

Deputy Inspector-General of Police Mazlan Lazim has reiterated that convoy marshalls have no authoritity to stop any vechicle on public roads.

Speaking at a press conference today, Mazlan said the move to stop vehicles is clearly illegal.
