Director of India Meteorological Department (IMD) Bhubaneshwar, HR Biswas on December 04 informed that Cyclone Jawad is likely to hit the coastal regions of Puri tomorrow, December 5. “The Jawad Cyclone was observed moving northwards in the past 1 hour and will continue the same for the next 12 hours. The cyclone is expected to hit the coastal regions of Puri tomorrow and will weaken gradually. The maximum wind speed is expected to be 75 km/hr,” said Biswas.
