Omicron Variant Cases in India: The cases of new Corona variant Omicron are increasing all over the world. This variant was first identified by scientists in South Africa. WHO has also put it in the list of 'Variants of Concern'. This new variant (Omicron variant) has now given its knock in India too (Omicron India cases). At present, two cases have been found in Karnataka. The central government has issued a document answering most of the questions being asked on SARS-CoV-2 and Omicron variants. Through this, people will get more help in understanding this variant. To avoid this variant, we have to take the same precautions as before. Apply the mask properly, if you have not taken both doses of the vaccine, take it as soon as possible, follow social distancing and maintain maximum ventilation wherever you live.

Omicron variant: कोरोना वायरस का नया वेरिएंट ओमिक्रॉन सामने आने के बाद से पूरी दुनिया में हलचल मच गई है. कई देशों में यात्रा पर कई तरह प्रतिबंध लगाए जा रहे हैं. कोरोना का नया वैरिएंट ओमिक्रॉन भारत में भी पहुंच गया है. ओमिक्रॉन को डेल्टा वैरिएंट से भी ज्यादा संक्रामक माना जा रहा है. केंद्र सरकार ने इस वैरिएंट पर एक दस्तावेज जारी कर लोगों को इससे जुड़े कई सवालों के जवाब दिए हैं. दक्षिण अफ्रीका में ओमिक्रॉन के मामले तेजी से बढ़ रहे हैं और इस वैरिएंट की विशेषताओं को देखते हुए इस बात का अंदाजा लगाया जा सकता है कि भारत समेत ज्यादातर देशों में इसके फैलने की संभावना है. ये किस पैमाने पर बढ़ेगा और इस बीमारी की गंभीरता कितनी होगी, ये अभी भी स्पष्ट नहीं है. हालांकि भारत में वैक्सीनेशन की तेज गति, डेल्टा से ज्यादा संक्रमितों को मिली सीरोपॉजिविटी को देखते हुए इस वैरिएंट के कम गंभीर होने का अनुमान लगाया जा रहा है. वैज्ञानिक अभी भी इसके बारे में और साक्ष्य जुटा रहे हैं.
