Amid the cyclone threat looming over Odisha, the regional meteorological centre on Wednesday (Dec 1) issued red warning for heavy rainfall in several districts of the state. As per the IMD, the Low Pressure Area over central Andaman Sea & neighbourhood still persists and is likely to concentrate into a depression by tomorrow (Dec 2).
