Omicron threat: Mandatory quarantine for travellers from high-risk nations

In light of the new coronavirus variant Omicron, the central government had issued fresh travel guidelines that require all passengers coming to India from ‘at-risk’ nations to mandatorily undergo a Covid-19 test at the airport. These revised guidelines will come into effect on December 1.
