The New South Wales Teachers Federation says it's taken the hard decision to go on strike next month due to staff shortages and pay rates declining. The Federation has unanimously voted to stop work on December the seventh in public schools across the state. Federation President, Angelo Gavrielatos, says the workload for teachers is enormous, with many close to retirement.
