Renewables to help bring energy bills down

Annual power bills are predicted to drop by a national average of almost 80-dollars by 2024. Analysis from the Australian energy market commission says the closures of major power plants will push average prices up by about twenty dollars next year, then prices will fall again thanks to more solar, wind, gas and batteries.
