Prime Minster insists new religious discrimination bill strikes the right balance

The prime minister Scott Morrison has re-introduced his revised religious discrimination bill into parliament. The watered-down legislation is designed to provide further protections for people of faith but some liberal MPs are worried it goes too far and will allow people to be discriminated on the basis of their sexuality.
