Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) chief Lalu Prasad was seen driving his old jeep on the roads of Patna on Wednesday. Lalu was spotted behind the wheels of his white jeep without a seat belt. To which JDU senior leader and former minister Neeraj Kumar raised questions and alleged him of breaking the traffic rules. Watch this video.
