Ripple CEO Exudes Confidence | Crypto Brand Hopes to Beat SEC Charges

Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse recently said that he was confident that his firm was making progress in mitigating the charges levied by the SEC against his company. He said, “we’re seeing pretty good progress despite a slow-moving judicial process. Clearly, we’re seeing good questions asked by the judge. And I think the judge realizes this is not just about Ripple, this will have broader implications.” Currently, Ripple ranks 7th in the cryptocurrency market, but the SEC alleges that there was an unregistered XRP offering totaling $1.3 billion in 2020. Even so, XRP has risen 395% this year, but it dropped 0.85% to $1.04 in early trading on Tuesday.
