Six charged over murder of moneylender

Six men were charged in two separate Magistrate’s Courts in Klang, Selangor on Tuesday (Nov 23) over the murder of a moneylender.
Tan Yong Seng, 38, and Gan Kok Shang, 43, were charged for abetting Tan Ah Chai, 27, Yeo Ching Lian, 36, Lau Zi Hui, 19, and Yap Soon Kuan, 18, with the intent of committing murder of moneylender Phua Kian Meng, 47, at Jalan Batu Nilam 27A, Bandar Bukit Tinggi 2.
If found guilty, all six men faced the death penalty. No plea was recorded.
