Blending pop culture with techniques of the old masters, Inspiration from Ingres, French classicists, old toys, and religious icons found in flea markets. He designed artwork for musicians like Aerosmith, Michael Jackson and Red Hot Chili Peppers.
His work garnered attention in the 1990s when he came out with a new genre of painting, "Pop Surrealism".
