Public health experts are warning that poorer suburbs, Aboriginal and multicultural communities have all been left unprepared for the opening of state borders and inevitable COVID outbreaks. With interstate travel resuming within days or weeks to South Australia, Tasmania and Queensland, many people in disadvantaged areas remain unprotected.
