"This must never happen again" - Family message to Kent hospital after death of young son

VIDEO: The family of a young man from Tunbridge Wells have called for action after an inquest found his death at Pembury hospital could have been prevented.

Tim Mason died after his severe sepsis was not acted on by doctors.
