Folkestone and Hythe District Council saw a dramatic round of local elections with Conservatives losing ten seats and Folkestone’s Town Council been taken over by Labour.

The leader of Folkestone and Hythe District Council has now confirmed that he's formed an alliance with UKIP and independent councillors to take the county forward.
