Kent drivers set to pay more for journeys into London

Drivers from Kent going in and out of London are set to pay more for driving through the capital.

The Ultra Low Emission Zone has come into force for the first time today this means if you drive older, more polluted vehicles you'll be charged £12.50 for entering the area each day in addition to the congestion charge.

Transport for London hopes the move will reduce the number of polluting cars in London but the Federation of Small Businesses said many small firms were worried about their future.

Is this fee is fair on Kent drivers going to London? We asked shoppers in Rochester.
