Light, camera, action, a Kent based film studio gets the go ahead from Ashford council

Plans for a multi-million pound film studio in Ashford which could be used by the likes of Netflix, Amazon and Disney have been given the green light.

The 250 million pound project will be built at the disused Newton Rail Works site and should be open by 2022 according to developers.
