Community afraid a rent increase could be the beginning of the end

A company owned by two of Australia’s richest men has been accused of dramatically increasing the rent on a group of businesses on the Mornington Peninsula forcing some of them to close. Three businesses will shut up shop permanently tomorrow, while others are worried, they'll have to leave.
