Julie Boddington was last seen at her home in Horton Kirby at about 10 o clock yesterday morning.
More than 50 police officers and Kent Search and Rescue volunteers were deployed.
But a body has been discovered in the Calfstock Lane area of Farningham, shortly after 7 o clock yesterday evening.
