Who is I'm A Celeb's Richard Madeley?

Richard Madeley will also be competing to be crowned king of Gwrych Castle on this years I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! Known as the 'original king of daytime TV', the 65-year-old broadcaster's impressive career began over 40 years ago, working for local radio and TV, but it was presenting ITV's This Morning alongside his wife Judy Finnigan that shot him into the limelight. The couple hosted the show for 13 years, before going on to co-present Richard & Judy on Channel 4 for a further six years. Speaking before the start of the series, the half-Canadian Good Morning Britain presenter revealed he was "perfectly happy" watching I'm A Celeb as a viewer, until he "suddenly wondered what it would be like to be there rather than watching". Madeley added, "I realised the time had come to experience it I just can't wait to get started".
