South Australia's Deputy Premier Vickie Chapman has lost a vote of no-confidence in the state's House of Assembly. It's the first time a minister has lost the confidence of the lower house. The vote came hours after a parliamentary inquiry recommended Ms Chapman be found guilty of contempt of parliament, for misleading the house.
