SC reprimands Delhi government over increasing air pollution

The Supreme Court has once again reprimanded the Central and State Governments over increasing air pollution and no efforts taken for its control yet. In a scathing remark, the top court said that bureaucracy does not act and only waits for courts to give orders. The SC said that the Governments are diverting the matter. Watch this video.
