Disappointment as COP26 Glasgow agreement pledges to "phase down" coal instead of "phase-out"

The wording of the final deal at the COP26 Glasgow summit was watered down to a pledge to "phase down" rather than "phase out" coal. Particular frustration has been directed at Indian and Chinese representatives by the president of the summit Alok Sharma.
