Victorian Premier condemns behaviour of protesters

Up to 100 protesters angered at Victoria's proposed pandemic laws are maintaining their vigil outside state parliament after tensions ran high overnight. Demonstrators are furious at the laws which would transfer the power to declare a pandemic and enforce restrictions from the Chief Health Officer to the Premier.
