In Uttar Pradesh, the political stir has intensified regarding the assembly elections to be held next year. The leaders of political parties have started trying to make their point known to their people. In this episode, AIMIM Chief Asaduddin Owaisi's rally was to be held in Meerut on Saturday, but the administration did not allow Owaisi to rally. Till late night, AIMIM workers sat on dharna at Nauchandi police station.

उत्तर प्रदेश (Uttar Pradesh) में अगले साल होने वाले विधानसभा चुनाव (UP assembly Election 2022) को लेकर सियासी हलचल तेज हो गई है. राजनीतिक दलों के नेता अपने जनता तक अपनी बात पहुंचाने की कवायद में जुट गए हैं. इसी कड़ी में एआईएमआईएम (AIMIM) चीफ असदुद्दीन ओवैसी (Asaduddin Owaisi) की आज यानी शनिवार को मेरठ (Meeruth Rally) में रैली होनी थी, लेकिन प्रशासन ने ओवैसी को रैली की अनुमति नहीं दी. देर रात तक AIMIM कार्यकर्ता नौचंदी थाने में धरने पर बैठ गए.
