Here's what Kasganj SP said on Altaf's death in custody

The death of a youth named Altaf in police custody in Kasganj has raised several questions on the government and police. In a rally, AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi directly blamed the police for Altaf's death. Owaisi also questioned CM Yogi and SP supremo Akhilesh Yadav.
