Unity Acquires VFX Company Weta Digital - Official Announcement Trailer

Game engine maker Unity has announced it intends to acquire Peter Jackon's VFX company Weta, the studio behind effects in films such as The Lord of the Rings trilogy, Avatar, Marvel films like Eternals, and TV series such as Game of Thrones. With the acquisition, it intends to make Weta's VFX technology and assets available widely to all creators across film, games, AR, VR, and more.
