Today is the third day of Mahaparva Chhath, the third day of Chhath festival is the important day of Chhath on Kartik Shukla Shashthi. Also known as Dala Chhath, the first arghya will be offered to the setting sun in the evening. This fast of Surya Shashthi is done for the long life of the children, good health, family happiness and prosperity and respect.

Mahaparva Chhath, का आज तीसरा दिन है, छठ पर्व के तीसरे दिन कार्तिक शुक्ल षष्ठी को छठ का महत्वपूर्ण दिन है। इसे डाला छठ के नाम से भी जाना जाता है,शाम के समय डूबते हुए सूर्य को पहला अर्घ्य दिया जायेगा। सूर्य षष्ठी का यह व्रत संतान की लंबी आयु, अच्छी सेहत, पारिवारिक सुख-समृद्धि और मान-सम्मान के लिए किया जाता है।
