A video of Mayor Sara Inday Duterte crying as she tightly hugs a Davao City Hall worker is making its rounds on the internet.
Evelyn Restauro, an employee of the Davao City Hall and owner of the video says, “Mami-miss namin sya.” Mayor Sara Duterte withdrew her COC for Davao City Mayor. Chan, the uploader of the video says, “Galing yan si Mayor sa Comelec, nung pag balik nya sa city hall, na tyempohan sya ng mga employee and yun, picture-picture. May sumigaw ng, “Ma-mimiss ka namin, Mayor, hangang sa dumating sa iyakan na.”
