At least four people lost their lives in rain-related incidents, following incessant rainfall in Tamil Nadu on Monday. Meanwhile, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) has sounded an orange alert for Chennai, predicting heavy rain spells for its adjoining areas on November 10 and 11.
