Pabor daw si Vaccine CZAR Carlito Galvez, Junior sa mungkahing "No bakuna, No ayuda" ng Department of the Interior and Local Government para sa mga 4Ps beneficiaries na hindi pa bakunado.
Inirekomenda 'yan ng DILG para hikayating magpabakuna na sila.
Hindi naman sang-ayon dito ang Commission on Human Rights at ilang mambabatas dahil anti-poor raw ito at mauuwi sa diskriminasyon.
