Flight Centre is considering a legal challenge to WA's border closures if the state does not begin lifting restrictions once 70 to 80 percent of the population is fully vaccinated. Under WA's roadmap, borders will remain closed until 90 per cent of the state is doubled jabbed, a target they're not expected to hit until February.
