Second COVID infection confirmed in the Northern Territory as the Katherine lockdown begins

Lockdown begins today in the NT town of Katherine after the territory saw its first case of community transmission. Concerns have been raised about low vaccination rates in regional areas in the territory, but wastewater testing from the Darwin region has so far revealed no COVID19 fragments.
