As COVID-19 cases continue to drop, the Inter-Agency Task Force downgrades Metro Manila to alert level 2 starting today.

The OCTA Research Group says Metro Manila reverses the Delta COVID-19 surge but the group warns that infections may spike again if booster shots won't be given as soon as possible.
