French Ambassador discusses tensions over submarine deal

The French Ambassador says his country has been left blindsided by Australia's decision to scrap a $90 billion submarine deal. Speaking at the National Press Club, Jean-Pierre Thebault says the relationship between the two countries is at an all time low.
