On November 1, Queen Elizabeth II appealed to world leaders to come together against climate change. She said that world leaders should work together to solve the most insurmountable problems. Sir David Attenborough warned that humanity was already in trouble due to rising carbon levels. US President Joe Biden said, “This is the decisive decade in which to prove ourselves. He added, “My Build Back Better Framework will make a historic investment in clean energy.” UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson said, “If we don’t get serious about climate change today, it will be too late for our children to do so tomorrow.” António Guterres, Secretary-General of the United Nations, said, “Our planet is telling us something - and so are people everywhere. We must listen — we must act — and we must choose wisely.” He added, “Our addiction to fossil fuels is pushing humanity to the brink. It’s time to say: enough.” Watch the video to know more.
