Temporary residents excluded from COVID travel exemptions

Borders have opened to fully vaccinated international arrivals in New South Wales, Victoria and the ACT With no requirement to quarantine. But the changes only apply to Australian citizens, permanent residents and their families, meaning temporary residents and visa holders remain in limbo. And it's not the first time this group has been left out of key national policies during the pandemic.
