Odisha Unlock Guidelines For November: What’s Allowed & What’s Not

The Odisha government has issued guidelines for the month of November 2021. While almost all the restrictions that were in place in October (night curfew, weekend shutdown) are likely to continue, the government said that guidelines related to sale and use of firecrackers would be issued separately.
