The Election commission had announced that bypolls to three Lok Sabha seats and 30 assembly constituencies across 14 states will be held on October 30. Counting of votes will take place on November 2. Seats where Lok Sabha bypolls will be held are Dadra and Nagar Haveli, Mandi in Himachal Pradesh and Khandwa in Madhya Pradesh.
