Goa Assembly polls: India has highest tax on fuel in world, says Rahul Gandhi

While interacting with the fishermen community in Velsao, Goa, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi said, “During UPA Government, international fuel prices reached $140 per barrel. Today fuel prices are much lower in international market but still you pay more. Today India is taxing highest on fuel in world. If you look carefully there're 4-5 businessmen who are benefitting from this.”
