Aalo Phali
Ingredients:
Potatoes ½ kg
Boil sohajna beans 4
Tomatoes 250 grams
Red chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Cumin 2 tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Bay leaves 1
All spice powder ½ tsp
Green chili, green coriander as required
Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
Oil ½ cup
Method:
Heat oil add ginger garlic and all spices add then add Potatoes and roast. Then add tomatoes and beans add and cook on low heat for ½ hours cook. Finally add green chili and green corianderadd and serve.



Barbecue chutney
Ingredients:
Tomatoes 6
Green chilies 6
Garlic 1 bunch
Green coriander 1 bunch
Black pepper 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Tomato ketchup ½ cup
Method:
In try add oil and all vegetable cook for 10 minutes .then peel the tomato skin .now all ingredients add in a blender and serve.




Chicken yakni pulao
Ingredients:
Chicken ½ kg
Cumin 1 tsp
Fennel 2 tsp
Onion 2
Ginger 1 piece
Garlic 10 cloves
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Salt 2 tsp
Chicken powder 1 sachet
Tomato 2
Water 2 glass
Oil ½ cup
Rice ½ kg
Whole spices 1 tbsp
Method:
In water add cumin, fennel, ginger garlic, and tomato, salt and cook chicken stock .now separate chicken and stock. Now in a woke heat oil and fry onion .after this add ginger garlic paste and whole spices and fry .when feel smell then add chicken stock and soaked rice add then add chicken powder sachet .when water dry then leave on dum .
