बॉम्बे हाईकोर्ट ने गुरुवार को मुंबई क्रूस ड्रग्‍स मामले में आर्यन खान, मुनमुन धमेचा और अरबाज़ मर्चेंट को जमानत दी थी. जस्टिस एन डब्ल्यू साम्ब्रे की एकल पीठ ने कहा था ‘तीनों अपीलें स्वीकार की जाती है. मैं कल (शुक्रवार) शाम तक विस्तृत आदेश दूंगा.' आर्यन के वकीलों ने तब नगद जमानत देने की अनुमति मांगी जिसे अस्वीकार करते हुए HC ने कहा था कि मुचलका देना होगा.कोर्ट आर्डर में आर्यन की जमानत के लिए 14 शर्तें रखी गई हैं. कोर्ट की कंडीशंस में जिक्र है कि आर्यन पुलिस को बताए बिना मुंबई नहीं छोड़ सकेंगे, उन्‍हें हर शुक्रववार को एनसीबी के समक्ष पेश होना होगा. बेल आर्डर के अनुसार, उन्‍हें एक लाख रुपये का पर्सनल बांड जमा करना होगा और पासपोर्ट सरेंडर करना होगा. शर्तों के अनुसार, आर्यन इजाजत के बिना देश नहीं छोड़ सकेंगे, अरबाज मर्चेंट जैसे दोस्‍तों और मामले के आरोपियों से बात नहीं करेंगे और मीडिया से भी बातचीत नहीं करेंगे. आर्यन को शुक्रवार को प्रात: 11 बजे से दोपहर 2 बजे के बीच एनसीबी दफ्तर में पेश होना होगा. कोर्ट की सुनवाई में मौजूद होना होगा और जब भी जरूरत होगी, जांच में सहयोग करना होगा. कोर्ट के आदेश के अनुसार,इसमें से किसी भी कंडीशन के उल्‍लंघन की स्थिति में एनसीबी के पास जमानत को रद्द करने का आग्रह करने का अधिकार होगा.

The Bombay High Court on Thursday granted bail to Aryan Khan, Munmun Dhamecha and Arbaaz Merchant in the Mumbai cross drugs case. A single bench of Justice NW Sambre had said 'all the three appeals are allowed. I will give detailed orders by tomorrow (Friday) evening. Aryan's lawyers then sought permission to grant cash bail, rejecting which the HC said that the surety would have to be given. 14 conditions have been laid for Aryan's bail in the court order. It is mentioned in the court conditions that Aryan will not be able to leave Mumbai without informing the police, he will have to appear before the NCB every Friday. According to the bail order, they will have to submit a personal bond of Rs 1 lakh and surrender their passport. According to the conditions, Aryan will not be able to leave the country without permission, will not talk to friends like Arbaaz Merchant and the accused in the case and will not talk to the media either. Aryan on Friday morning Will have to appear in the NCB office between 11 am and 2 pm. Will have to be present in court hearings and cooperate with investigation whenever required. According to the order of the court, in case of violation of any of these conditions, the NCB will have the right to request cancellation of the bail.
