With the lifting of liquor ban in Davao City, Bahalina maker Hedu Arcay says his sales have started picking up again. According to Arcay, the 10-month liquor ban has further fermented his stash of bahalina.

The Bahalina, which is also made of coconut wine or tuba, is best consumed when it has aged for at least six months. (MB Video by Keith Bacongco)
