Congress will go back to Lalu Yadav wagging its tail once Bihar by-polls end, they can’t be separated, said former Bihar Deputy Chief Minister and BJP leader Sushil Kumar Modi on October 26.
“Once the by-polls end, wagging its tail, Congress will go back to Lalu. The two can't be separated, just pretending to cut NDA's votes. In Assembly polls, people voted for NDA not RJD. This time too, NDA will win the by-polls with the majority,” he added.
