Investigation is going on in the case of violence in Lakhimpur Kheri, Uttar Pradesh. At the same time, the hearing is going on in the Supreme Court. The hearing in this matter was also held on Tuesday. During the hearing, the Supreme Court once again reprimanded the Uttar Pradesh government. Advocate Harish Salve appeared on behalf of the government in the court. He said that we have filed an affidavit. In this, the statements of 30 out of 68 witnesses have been recorded under section 164 of CrPC. There are also 23 eyewitnesses in this. The court expressed surprise at the presence of only 23 witnesses in the Lakhimpur Kheri violence.

उत्तर प्रदेश के Lakhimpur Kheri में हुई हिंसा मामले पर जांच जारी है. वहीं Supreme Court में सुनवाई जारी है. मंगलवार को भी हुई इस मामले में सुनवाई हुई. सुनवाई के दौरान सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने एक बार फिर Uttar Pradesh government को फटकार लगा. कोर्ट में सरकार की तरफ से वकील Harish Salve पेश हुए. उन्होंने कहा कि हमने हलफनामा दाखिल किया है. इसमें 68 में से 30 गवाहों के बयान सीआरपीसी की धारा 164 के तहत दर्ज कर लिए गए हैं. इसमें 23 चश्मदीद गवाह भी हैं. कोर्ट ने Lakhimpur Kheri violence में केवल 23 गवाहों के होने पर हैरानी जताई.
