Ahead of the arrival of cyclone Fani, around 1,000 people have been evacuated in Odisha’s Puri. Cyclone Fani is heading towards the state of Odisha with heavy wind speed and is expected to make landfall today. Jayanti Mahapatra, a Red Cross member said, “Around 1,000 people have been evacuated. Many people aren't willing to come, scared their belongings will be stolen. But, we will evacuate them tomorrow morning at any cost. We want zero casualty.”
