His figures of 6/25 was the fourth best by an Indian in ODIs. Chasing a meagre target of 269, India was of to a scintillating start with opener Dhawan & Rohit Sharma. Sharma continued his ominous form & brought up his consecutive 100th on English soil alongside Virat Kohli. The Indian skipper scored his 47th ODI fifty before getting stumped for 75. He is averaging close to 159 in ODIs in 2018 so far. Eventually India won by 8 wickets to take the lead in the 3-match ODI series.
