In an historic event, US president Donald Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong-un met in Singapore. This is the first time the US is in talks with North Korean officials.

Trump is expected to discuss the denuclearisation of North Korea in exchange for economic assistance in a summit between the two nations.

"I feel really great. It's gonna be a great discussion and I think tremendous success. I think it's gonna be really successful and I think we will have a terrific relationship, I have no doubt," Trump told reporters.
