अमेरिकी की Intelligence agencies ने Climate Change के संबंध में चिंता वाले देशों के रूप में 11 मुल्कों को शामिल किया है. भारत भी इन 11 मुल्कों में से एक है. रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, Afghanistan और Pakistan सहित ये 11 देश जलवायु परिवर्तन के कारण होने वाले पर्यावरणीय और सामाजिक संकटों के लिए तैयार होने की क्षमता से असुरक्षित हैं. इसमें चीन का जिक्र भी किया गया है.
