Tributes have been paid to the renowned Dutch conductor - Bernard Haitink - who's died at the age of ninety-two. In a career spanning more than sixty years - he was principal conductor for some of the world's great orchestras. He was also music director at the Royal Opera House and Glyndebourne. The BBC's Tim Allman looks back at his life and career.
